How we use AI
Customisable AI roleplay simulators
We have a range of AI roleplay templates which you can customise through a no-code interface to personalise your learners’ experience.
You can then publish your customised roleplay to your account library or learning pathway. Each roleplay will also provide AI-powered feedback to enhance learner progress.
AI for improved assessment & feedback
We utilise Large Language Models (LLMs) to evaluate learners against their objectives, review their use of communication techniques, and to provide hyper-personalised feedback, in some cases including model answers.
Our AI for Good checklist
Any new AI feature we implement has to hit, at the very least, the three points below in order for us to be happy to release it:
- Focus on learning performance
We only release AI features that enhance both the learning experience and outcomes. - Maintain psychological safety
Each of our AI features is tested to make sure they uphold and protect our learners’ psychological safety. - Ensure inclusivity
We vet each new AI feature to confirm that it’s free from representational bias, ensuring fairness and equality for all our learners.
