The context
2025 is a big year for AI and XR in education. Meta are moving forward into transforming the world of VR for education institutions and students alike. And Bodyswaps 3.0 will revitalise our platform to put our users first, providing the flexibility and customisable content needed for students.
This is a major next step for Bodyswaps and Meta and we want forward-thinking educators and institutions to provide feedback on this next iteration of immersive soft skills training in healthcare education.
The objective
Bodyswaps, in collaboration with Meta, are eager to explore the next evolution of XR and AI in education: integration into the curriculum. This grant will focus on discovering how educators and facilitators plan and deploy the integration of immersive learning into healthcare curricula.
With the combined power of AI & XR learning and dedicated support, this fully funded grant gives 100 eligible institutions the opportunity to access transformative educational technologies at no cost to them.

The benefits
Selected institutions will receive:
- Free access to the Bodyswaps platform, featuring healthcare-specific modules and AI-powered roleplays, for VR, PC, and mobile devices.
- Live onboarding, tailored resources, and analytics dashboards to track student progress and evaluate program success.
- Two free Meta Quest 3S headsets with accessories to enable VR-based training. (Optional)
