Second-year students

For second-year students, the development of soft skills is prioritised and implemented in subjects like health and social care, business studies, social work, and access to nursing by intensifying the use of Bodyswaps.

Future Plans

Future plans involve expanding the innovative programme's reach to include subject areas like sport and public services, with the aim of achieving a more comprehensive impact within the College community.

Subsequently, the College will launch staff training to enable the HR department to oversee the implementation of Bodyswaps for educators, empowering them to enhance their own soft skills.
