The study

Twenty medical students took part in the study, which consisted of accessing our Navigating Angry Conversations module and then completing a self-efficacy questionnaire and a modified version of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology questionnaire.

Participants felt the module met or exceeded their expectations, with some surprise at the level of interaction it afforded.
