About ECSU
Elizabeth City State University was founded in 1891 with the goal of bringing world-class education within the reach of African American students. In the 130+ years since, they've grown their reach, fostering a supportive learning environment for students of all racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
Their signature areas of study include the humanities, education, and aviation. Each program at ECSU is committed to the use of advanced tech combined with hands-on learning to provide a high-quality education, placing the emphasis on affordable excellence. In 2025, they began their journey with Bodyswaps to enhance soft skills training for their students.
Take a look at this video to discover how ECSU educators and leaders Walter Scott, Dr. Tarsha Rogers, Clarence Goss Jr., and their students found their experience with Bodyswaps.
