The award is sitting on a shelf in Maria Sotiriou's office. She got up to fetch it mid-conversation, held it up to the camera. "We're really proud of that," she said, "because everybody was involved — staff and learners."
That award, a Get the Nation Learning prize for Learning with Technology, didn't come from one big push. It came from a year of deliberate decisions, small wins celebrated loudly, and a willingness to try new things even when resources were tight.
