Starting October 1, Bodyswaps Go is the new experience for everyone. There's nothing to switch on; it will be ready the next time you log in. We rebuilt it around one goal: less time finding things, more time helping learners improve. Here's what's new.
Everything you need in one place with Educator Home
Educator Home is now your starting point. It brings your class summaries, suggested content, and support resources onto a single page, so you can see where things stand the moment you log in. [Read the Educator Home guide →]
One library for all your content
The Content Library now holds everything: Roleplays and Pathways curated by Bodyswaps, content created by colleagues at your institution, and your own creations. You can explore, assign, and build new content without leaving the page. To find something you've made, search by title or filter to show only your content. [Understand the Content Library →]
AI roleplay setup is easier to follow
The customization forms for AI roleplays now use a tabbed layout. Instead of scrolling through one long form, you work through clear sections, so you can see at a glance what's left to complete before your roleplay is ready. [More about AI Roleplay Customisation →]
Classes: assign and track in the same place
Assignments and learner progress now sit side by side, so you can assign content and see how learners are doing without switching views. A built-in walkthrough guides you through setting up a new class. Your self-enrollment link and class code are right on the class page, ready to share.
See every user, including archived users
The Users page now includes archived users, so you get a complete picture of everyone in your organization, not just those currently practicing. [Read the full guide →]
Dashboard is now Insights
The Dashboard has a new name: Insights. It's powered by Reports, where you can filter by date range and other criteria to pinpoint where learners need extra support. [Read the Insights & Reports guide →]
Administration is now Organization
Admins will find organization-wide settings, account-wide data export, audit logs, and Beta feature controls under Organization. Access is limited to users with admin permissions. [Read the full article →]
